Cancellations Made Before Your Final Payment
If you need to cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit will be refunded to the original payment method used to secure your reservation.
Cancellations Made After Your Final Payment
If your cancellation occurs within 60 days of your scheduled arrival, after your final payment has been processed, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance helps safeguard your investment and may reimburse you for eligible expenses should unexpected events prevent or interrupt your trip.
No Cash Refunds
Deadwood Connections does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used for your booking. If that method is unavailable, a check will be issued instead. Guests are responsible for providing accurate billing and mailing information to ensure timely delivery.
