Cleanliness and Sanitization
As always, cleanliness and sanitization has been of utmost importance at Deadwood Connections. Our team is taking proper steps to ensure that all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches are sanitized with extra care. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
Any reservation made prior to April 1st can rebook their stay within the next year or can cancel up to 30 days prior (for reservations through July 25th) and get a full refund. Reservations for stays after July 25th have our normal cancellation policy - non-refundable down payment and balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
Any reservations booked after April 1 will have our regular cancellation policy and the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. If new regulations come up that restrict travel in or out of our state, we will re-assess the policy at that time.
Please review the terms of your policy carefully if you purchased travel insurance. If you need to make a claim or have questions about how your existing policy will cover you, please reach out to CSA Travel Protection at 1-866-999-4018 or when calling from abroad please call 1-240-330-1529.
