This wonderful home has 4 Sleeping Areas and 2 full baths (shower/tub combos) with a full kitchen, large dining table, washer & dryer, wood burning fireplace on the main level and gas fireplace on the lower level.
The main level has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV in the Master bedroom, spacious living area open to the kitchen and dining area and a walk-out to the deck. The loft has 2 full-size futons for more sleeping space and a TV with DVD Player. The lower level is a large family suite with a queen size bed and 2 more futons.
The lower level family suite is almost a cabin by itself! Decorated in beautiful, earthy cabin tones, with an air hockey table, a gas fireplace with stack stone and slate hearth, TV with Blue-Ray DVD player, Ping-pong table and Air-hockey machine, tongue and groove ceiling, large log beams, plush carpet, and full bathroom.
The upstairs loft has another TV, DVD Player, foosball table and 2 futons - this is a great "kid-friendly" area!
This cabin really has wonderful spaces for everyone in the family with a cozy, rustic charm. The large fireplace in the living room and log structure make it a true home-away-from-home. It is located on Terry Peak Ski Area, just minutes from the slopes, 8 miles from Deadwood and 20 miles from Sturgis. Parking pad for 2 large vehicles.

*No-Air Conditioning but it is at an elevation over 6200 ft so it cools off nicely in the evenings.

We loved the cabin and would probably stay again. The only thing that would have been better is if it had central air because it did get a little warm. It says that it sleeps 12 but there are only 2 actual bedrooms.

The place was twice the size we expected. I'm not sure the web site conveys clearly how much house/cabin a person is renting. You might list the livable square footage. It would be impressive. I think I would do a last minute walk thru with vacuum to get the dead flies before renters arrive. Overall this place exceeded our hopes and left us with a batch of good family memories.
