Upon entering Silver King, you are greeted by the open, spacious, living room, dining and kitchen areas. Here you will find large picture windows that frames the amazing view of the Creek and Black Hills Forest, a crackling stone accented wood burning fireplace (firewood is not provided at this cabin), Flat Screen TV, super comfy furnishings and access to the spectacular deck.

Very nice view , cozy cabin in secluded area but still have neighbors in view. Dakota taxi service does come out there if needed. $34 to get a ride into Deadwood. General spices, condiments were there for our use, coffee and coffee maker. Hot tub clean and very nice!

Beautiful rustic cabin in a spectacular setting by the creek. Be prepared for no wifi and no cell service (I should have downloaded a book or magazine before I arrived). It's close to Deadwood and you can get something quick to eat at Wild Bill's Campground.

We loved this property. The creek is beautiful and the cabin has such a wonderful wrap around porch. We loved the next door private room. There was only 3 things that could have made it better. We would have liked to have on-site laundry having small children. The cabin is dark inside because its in a ravine with beautiful trees, so higher wattage bulbs would be nice in the common areas. There wasnt a family dining room table. The table was pretty small for the size of the cabin. Overall it was great though.

The guys and I had a great weekend at Silver King Lodge. We loved getting away and just being able to relax and the cabin provided the perfect environment for our getaway. The location was amazing and the creek running through the backyard was a huge bonus! We loved the hot tub, and spent a good amount of time enjoying the other various amenities. Check-in was simple and made coming and going very easy! Overall i would highly recommend spending a few days at this location!

Right away you hear the lovely rolling creek! The private views from the back of the property are exquisite! The reclaimed architecture and wood smell right when you walk in is delightful. The location was close to Deadwood for an excursion too.

We rented this cabin for a family get away. (Our parents, sister's family, and my husband and I.) The rooms were very clean and we loved having the beautiful creek in our backyard! The kitchen had all the utensils needed for making meals at the cabin, only thing for us was the propane tank wasn't filled so we were unable to use the grill. We did notify the owners and hopefully it won't be the same experience for you. The extra sleeping cabin was nice to have. There is a heater that keeps it plenty warm for the cool nights. (**There are no curtains on the windows so we hung towels for a little privacy. Only the guests in your group would be able to see in.) Loved the location and it was kind of nice getting out of cell service and disconnecting/relaxing. There is cell service about a 5 minute drive away if you need to look up the weather forecast for the next day, make reservations, etc. Lastly, super glad they recommend bringing your own drinking water. Did not realize that sulfur smells like rotten eggs so we kept showers quick and made coffee with the water brought. (Loved having coffee on the decks and soaking in the Black Hills fresh air!) Very happy with this cabin and it was the perfect spot for a Black Hills vacation.

This place is beautiful! It's the perfect location-private enough to not be bothered but close enough to town/neighbors in case you need something. Just make sure to bring bottled/jugs of water as the tap water is full of sulfur. Otherwise, this is a beautiful rental for a group of people!
