The home was beautiful and more than we expected it was immaculately cleaned and the amenities were as advertised. We took full advantage of all the neat additions, hot tub and fire place as well as well as out door patio! Would highly recommend! Went on UTV trails all over and enjoyed our stay will come again!

If you want a beautiful home, with gorgeous views a a peaceful atmosphere. This is the game for you. Jonna checked in with me the day of our stay. The home was bright and pretty. Very clean and comfortable. The view from the back patio was breathtaking. There were trails right from the house. When we have another group go back to South Dakota, this is where I will stay

Cottonwood Pass house was a great place for a group to stay. The location is close to a lot of sights, and activities. The 5 king bedroom suites is a great plus for a group. The rest of the house is very open, and roomy. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room to cook, eat, and visit. The property manager answered all of my questions quickly whenever I asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great upscale place. We really liked the separate 5 bed/bath setup. Has everything you may need to have a good time. we didn't realize it was in a new development but neighbors were all quite no issues. Communication was perfect. We will definitely look at their other properties and one of our group already rebooted this place for next month.

This home was perfect for our friend getaway. The house is beautiful inside and out and we loved that every bedroom had a king size bed and its own bathroom. It was also in an area where we felt close enough to Terrys Peak Ski Resort and Deadwood, while at the same time feeling secluded. Overall a great stay and wed definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Cottonwood. The home is as described in the listing and very lovely. Enough room for large families and/or gatherings. A full bathroom and king size bed in each room is a rare plus and was one of the main reasons why we chose The Cottonwood...no pulling straws for rooms! The area is beautiful and very peaceful one can definitely get much needed R&R while enjoying the beautiful view. There is lots to do downtown and visiting the quaint shops is a must. I would definitely stay at the The Cottonwood again. My only recommendation to the Host is to have management do a walk through a day before guest check-in. When we arrived, we noticed that a few things needed to be fluffed, kept and a tad bit more organized.

Location is fantastic - especially if your off-roading. The paths are literally right out the front door! We saw so much wildlife and the stay was very peaceful and private. Would love to make this an annual trip and stay at the same house.
