Nestled in the scenic Black Hills of South Dakota, Trail Mountain Cabin is located less than 1/4 mile from the base of Terry Peak Ski Resort. This cabin is great for all seasons and ideal for winter activities with its location. It is on a private lot with a nice sized yard and allows for privacy with the surrounding pine trees. You will find easy access to this cabin and well maintained roads in both the summer and winter.
The main level has a full kitchen, dining table, living area with flat screen TV, full bathroom and walk-out to the wrap around decks. Lower level is a master suite with King bed, full bath and gas stove. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and an open loft area with a queen bed.
Off the back deck is a private hot tub and outdoor seating. Off the front deck is more outdoor seating around a gas fire pit to really enjoy the Black Hills evenings. In the back portion of the garage (seperate from the house) is a game room with a pool table, TV, a bar and comfortable seating - perfect for a 2nd living space! There is also a daybed for additional sleeping. This is a detached room from the main cabin.

This property was exactly as advertised. We loved the decks and game room. The kitchen was well-stocked. Despite being pet friendly, the place was very clean and one could not tell that pets were allowed to stay there.

We really enjoyed this property. The game room was a very nice feature and the hot tub was a great place to relax on the cold winter nights. We enjoyed the selection of family games to play. The beds were also comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Trail Mountain Cabin, the location is perfect. The gas stove in the master bedroom was really nice and the cabin is a good size. We enjoyed the second living area, we referred to it as "The man cave" since it is attached to the garage. It probably should be listed in the advertisement that it is separate to the cabin as we found it a little deceiving. Overall we had a great time and would likely return.
